☆ I do not allow my art to be used for AI purposes and alike. Please do not upload it to any AI sites as this could compromise my artwork.
☆ NFT usage is strictly forbidden.

☆ In the case of a commission, I will not claim the rights to a character design unless it was one of my own designs. Therefore I will not reuse/resell the Artwork for personal or commercial projects unless agreed upon.☆ I reserve the right to deny any commission request that I'm not comfortable with or that is beyond my skill limits.-COMMISSIONS-☆ Please send me the references for the illustration: expressions, poses, photos of the character (in case you want something specific).
☆Send me throught e-mail, discord or instagram.
☆ After the payment I'll send the sketch for approval, this is the moment for alterations.
☆ After the sketch is approved, I'll do lineart and base colors, I'll send it again for you only for color check.
☆ Alterations after the illustration is finished will be charged: +90% of the fixed price.
☆ If you ask me to change everything after it's done, you'll be charged +100% of the fixed price. (so please make sure to tell me all the modifications on the sketch and colors stage).
☆ I'll send the archive by e-mail in JPG and PNG (if you need any specific format, just notify me).
☆ For Stickers, I'll send in three sizes wich Twitch requires (if you need any other size, just notify me)-PAYMENT-
☆ I am not responsible for any mistakes that are made on your part over the course of the transaction.
☆ I'll only start the illustration with a 80% of the payment.
☆ If payment is not made in a timely manner (48 h) after I've placed the Invoice, the commission will be cancelled.
☆ I'll only accept USD via Paypal as payment. You are responsible for making currency conversions.Payment methods: Paypal-DEADLINES-☆ I usually take up to 5 days to respond to your initial order inquiry.
☆ Commissions take roughly 2-3 weeks depending on my queue, the complexity of the work and my communication with you.

☆ No caso de uma commission eu não vou reservar os direito do personagem, a não ser que tenha sido um design criado por mim. Eu não vou utilizar a arte para uso pessoal ou projetos comerciais a não ser que você esteja de acordo.☆ Me dou o direito de recusar qualquer pedido que eu não esteja confortável ou que eu não tenha conhecimento para.-COMMISSIONS-☆ Mandar as referências para o desenho: expressões, pose, imagens do personagem (caso queira alguma em específico).
☆ Enviar por e-mail, discord ou instagram.
☆ Depois do pagamento mandarei um Sketch para aprovação, este é o momento para alterações.
☆ Depois que o sketch for aprovado, eu começarei a fazer a lineart e as cores base. Eu enviarei a arte novamente para você apenas para checagem de cor.
☆ Alterações pequenas depois de finalizado serão cobradas: +90% de taxa do valor fixo.
☆ Se você me pedir para refazer a arte depois dela estar completa, será cobrado +100% de taxa do valor fixo (Então por favor me fale todas as modificações no estágio do sketch e de cor).
☆ Enviarei o arquivo por e-mail em JPG e PNG. (Caso precise em algum outro formato, só me avisar).
☆ Para Stickers, eu envio nos três tamanhos que a Twitch exige. (Caso seja outra plataforma que possua outros tamanhos de imagem apenas me informar).-PAGAMENTO-☆ eu não sou responsável por qualquer erro que você cometa na realização do pagamento.
☆ Só começarei o desenho com 80% do pagamento.
